Shipping policy

Every TT Pet Co order is picked and packed by hand in our shop at 8 Upper Tachbrook Street, Victoria, London SW1V 1SH.

Local delivery: within 2 miles of the shop

If you live within 2 miles of our shop, we’ll deliver your order to your door for £4.99, with no minimum order. Local orders are usually delivered the same or next working day. This covers Pimlico, Victoria, Westminster, Belgravia, Vauxhall, Nine Elms and nearby parts of Chelsea, Battersea and Kennington.

UK delivery

• Standard: £4.99 (free on orders of £50 or more), 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Express: £6.99, 1–2 working days after dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

International delivery

• European Union: £14.99, usually 5–10 working days
• Rest of the world (including the US, Canada and Australia): £23.99, usually 7–14 working days

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Problems with your delivery
